Seiko Sourcerer Terms and conditions
Our goal is a safe, secure, and fair transaction for both buyers and sellers.
Authenticity:
- Seller affirms the watches are as described to the best of their knowledge.
- The seller agrees to disclose any known aftermarket, vintage, or modified components—such as dials, bezels, or bracelets—prior to sale. The buyer understands that some parts may not be original, and this will be communicated transparently whenever applicable.
- No warranties are implied beyond description at time of sale.
Condition & Function:
- Watches are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Buyer acknowledges vintage watches may need service or regulation
- Any running condition (e.g., "keeps time," "chrono resets") must be disclosed by seller.

Payment:
- Payment method: [PayPal Goods & Services (not F&F), Escrow.com (if over $2500) ]
- Full amount due at time of handoff or before shipping.
- Seller will provide Photo documentation of packaging with shipping label attached
Delivery or Shipping:
- If local, Watches will be exchanged in person at a mutually agreed, public, location.
- If shipped: Seller agrees to pack securely, insure, and provide tracking. Buyer covers shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Returns:
- Buyer will have 48 hours from delivery to inspect the watches and confirm that they match the seller’s stated description and representations. See the stated "Condition Guide" page.
- If any watch is materially misrepresented (e.g., incorrect reference, non-functioning movement, undisclosed damage), buyer may request a return. A partial refund may be offered in lieu of a full return.
- To be eligible, the buyer must notify the seller within the 48-hour window and return the item(s) in the same condition as received. No exceptions.
- No refunds will be issued until returned watch is received, inspected, and verified.
- After 48 hours, the sale is considered final.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was materially misrepresented.
Proof of Ownership:
- Seller affirms to the best of their knowledge that they are the legal owner of the watches and they are not stolen, counterfeit, or under any lien.
Buyer References:
- Buyer references are available upon request.
Commencement
- By agreeing to any sale, and transacting any funds related to these offerings, you accept the terms of purchase.
