For New, New-old-stock (NOS), or "New Unworn" watches:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is not as described.
- Prior approval is required. Buyer pays return shipping.
- Watches must be returned in the exact condition received, with all packaging, accessories, and links included.
- Returns are declined if the watch shows signs of wear, water exposure, tampering, or an opened caseback (New/NOS/Unworn only).
- Do not wear the watch unless you intend to keep it.
- Final determination of return condition is made solely by the seller.
- Buyers may have a watch inspected or appraised at their own expense.
For Vintage or pre-owned watch buyers:
- Buyer will have 72 hours from delivery to inspect the watches and confirm that they match the seller’s stated description and representations. See the stated "Condition Guide" page.
- If any watch is materially misrepresented (e.g., incorrect reference, non-functioning movement, undisclosed damage), buyer may request a return. A partial refund may be offered in lieu of a full return.
- To be eligible, the buyer must notify the seller within the 72-hour window and request a return of the item(s). No exceptions.
- No refunds will be issued until returned watch is received, inspected, and verified.
- After 72 hours, the sale is considered final.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was materially misrepresented. (shipping will be refunded upon receipt and verification)
NOTE: If purchased on a marketplace site (eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Chrono24, etc) Transactions will be governed first by the return and buyer protection policies of the listing platform followed by our return policy where permitted.
